Mason Hayes & Curran Leads Mergermarket M&A League Table

We are delighted to have been ranked by Mergermarket as #1 legal adviser in Ireland for M&A by deal volume for the first nine months of 2025. During this period, we advised on 38 transactions.

We are also very pleased to have been shortlisted for Ireland Legal Adviser of the Year at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2025.

This recognition follows an outstanding year for our Corporate team, which continues to advise on significant M&A transactions. We also advised on six transactions which were recognised in Finance Dublin’s Deals of the Year 2025.
