• Advised Kinzen, a technology platform to identify disinformation, misinformation and hate speech, on its Irish legal matters from the incorporation of the company right through to its sale to Spotify.

• Conall advised investors, led by Alantra's Energy Transition Fund and Energy Impact Partners, on the €52 million Series C round of GridBeyond. The investment was the largest investment into a non-public company in Q1 2024.

• Advised Kitman Labs, the leading sports technology and analytics company, on its $52M investment round led by Guggenheim Investments, bringing Kitman’s total outside funding to $82M.

• Advised Gazelle Wind Power, the developer of a ground-breaking hybrid floating offshore wind platform supporting the renewable energy transition, since its pre-seed investment to a reported $8.7 million (€7.69m) fundraising, including investment through crowdfunding platform Seedrs.

• Advised Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government agency responsible for supporting Irish businesses, on investments into venture capital and limited partnership funds under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and the Investment Limited Partnerships Act 1994 and 2020.
