• Acted for LGT Capital Partners on its minority investment in H&MV Engineering.

• Advised the owners of Kirby Healy, a specialist corporate insolvency practice, on its acquisition by Kroll.

• Acted for Exclusive Networks on its acquisition of cyber security solution provider Consigas Limited.

• Advised AustralianSuper on its significant minority investment of £1.5 billion in the Vantage Data Centres group.

• Acted for Biosynth International Inc. (a KKR portfolio company) in its acquisition of the Fitzgerald Industries life sciences supply business.

• Advised Glenveagh PLC on its acquisition of timber frame manufacturer Harmony Timber Solutions.

• Advised News Corp UK & Ireland Limited on its acquisition, through its subsidiary, of Smurfit Kappa News Press Limited, a contract printer of national and regional newspaper titles.

• Acted for DomusVi, the major international nursing home operator, on its acquisition of the Trinity Care group of nursing homes, and on two other subsequent bolt-on acquisitions.

• Advised the selling shareholders, including FL Partners, on the sale of the leading bed innovator and manufacturer Kayfoam Woolfson, to US group Leggett & Platt.

• Advised Elkstone on many investments into different technology businesses, including Mesh, Joulica, Lative, Standard Gas, CroíValve, Protex AI, Altada, Content Llama, Unify Ordering, AudioMob, HidraMed Solutions, Prommt, and Output Sports.

• Advised emeis (formally Orpea), on its acquisition of the First Care group of nursing homes; and on the subsequent sale and leaseback of three brand-new nursing homes to Healthcare Activos in Portmarnock, Portlaoise, and Kilkenny.

• Advised the Development Capital Fund on its investment in Buttimer Engineering.
