We recommend researching the firm, along with the practice area you want to work within. Where applicable, you may also wish to research the sub team and/or the practice area you hope to work within. By having a clear understanding of the work that is done within the practice area you are applying for, this will better prepare you to give relevant answers and provide transferable experience examples which can be used and discussed during the interview.

Lastly, don’t stress! If you have been invited to interview it’s because we want to learn more about you. Our interviews are designed to create a two-way conversation. Ahead of the interview, we will send you an interview guidance pack to assist you with your interview preparations.

After you apply for a position, your skills and experience will be evaluated against the requirements of the job. A member of our recruitment team will be in contact with you to let you know if you have been successful or unsuccessful in your application. We try to get back to all applicants within two weeks of application.

If you are successful with your application, you will be invited to interview. Interviews will usually be panel interviews and are designed to provide you with a conversational atmosphere which will not only afford us to learn more about you, but also for you to learn more about what a career at Mason Hayes & Curran looks like.

Following the interview stage, a member of our recruitment team will be in contact with you with feedback on your interview and if successful, a job offer. We will then work together to create a smooth onboarding process to welcome you here and help you integrate into your team.
