• Acted for J&E Davy, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG and Longspur Capital Limited as joint bookrunners in connection with a placing with new and existing institutional investors of new shares raising approximately €8.9 million completed on 23 February 2023.

• Acted for Fulcrum Metals plc in its IPO and AIM admission completed on 14 February 2023.

• Advising Citibank N.A as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and book runner, and Bank of America, N.A. as syndication agent, joint lead arranger and book runner in connection with a $28.5 billion senior unsecured bridge loan facility for Amgen Inc. The facility will be available to Amgen Inc. to pay a portion of the cash consideration for its €26.8bn acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics PLC by means of a recommended cash offer, to be effected under a scheme of arrangement.

• Acted for Venture Wave Capital in its investment into Dropchef Limited, the inaugural investment from its €100million Impact Ireland Fund

• Advised Daktronics, Inc on its Series A investment in X Display Company Technology Limited

• Advised San Francisco based multinational Blackhawk Network on its acquisition of the Gift Voucher Shop, the operator of the One4all gift voucher business.

• Adviser to a range of Irish PLCs, including Kerry Group plc (LON: KYGA), Donegal Investment Group plc (DQ7A:ID) and Norish plc (LSE:NSH) in the migration of settlement of their securities.

• Represented McKesson Corporation on its acquisition of the pharmaceutical distribution business of Irish FTSE 250 company, UDG Healthcare plc

• Represented Dragon Oil plc in the recommended offer by Emirates National Oil Company for Dragon Oil plc
