William is a partner in our Corporate team. His practice includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory work, fundraisings, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and IPOs.
William advises clients across the energy, pharmaceutical, technology, finance, aviation and real estate sectors.
William joined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2018 having extensive domestic and international experience, including with the corporate department of US global law firm K&L Gates in Sydney.

Advising Kennedy Wilson on the sale of the Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Resort to Northland Properties for €49 million.
Advising the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment on the contract for the implementation of the National Broadband Plan, a policy initiative of the Irish government, to deliver High Speed Broadband to every citizen and business in Ireland and to those parts of Ireland where the commercial sector has not had concrete plans to invest.
Advising SSE Renewables on co-development arrangements and shareholder agreements with Coillte.
Advising an international developer of solar PV projects on a proposed investment on a number of solar projects in Ireland.
Advising SSE Renewables on the sale of a 25% interest in Cloosh Valley wind farm to Greencoat Renewables for €34.5 million.
Advising NTR plc on the acquisition of a number of wind farm projects in Ireland.
Advising Glaxo Smith Klein on the sale of its Cork manufacturing site, including all facilities, business operations and approximately 400 commercial manufacturing and R&D employees, to Thermo Fisher.
