William Dillon-Leetch


William is a partner in our Corporate team. His practice includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory work, fundraisings, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and IPOs.

William advises clients across the energy, pharmaceutical, technology, finance, aviation and real estate sectors.

William joined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2018 having extensive domestic and international experience, including with the corporate department of US global law firm K&L Gates in Sydney.

Representative Matters

  • Advising Statkraft Ireland Limited on its entry into a put and call option agreement with Greencoat Renewables for the conditional sale of the Cloghan and Taghart wind farm projects located in County Offaly and County Cavan for a combined consideration of €123 million.

  • Advising Statkraft Ireland Limited on its acquisition of a portfolio of three large wind farm projects in Ireland from a consortium consisting of Galetech Energy Developments, Storm Management and GE Energy.

  • Advising ACRE, a global leader providing state-of-the-art security systems, on its acquisition of TDS (Time Data Security) Limited, a company which provides cloud-based workspace solutions, including cloud-based visitor management, life safety and access control applications.

William is a frequent guest speaker at lectures on corporate law at the Law Society of Ireland.
