With deep subject matter knowledge and expertise in these fields, Mark regularly counsels major technology multinationals operating at the cutting-edge of law, finance, and technology. As an experienced contracts negotiator, he specialises in steering customers and suppliers through the legal challenges arising from transformative technology projects and global outsourcing arrangements.
A regular conference speaker, Mark is known as a thought leader in the Irish technology law sector and frequently provides expert commentary for leading media publications. A variety of organisations retain him to coach their staff on negotiating and winning better positions in their IT and software contracts.
As a member of the firm’s foreign direct investment (FDI) practice, Mark specialises in helping fast growing international companies establish operations in Ireland and providing on-going legal advice as their business develops.
