Mark is a Partner on our Commercial team and advises both Irish and international clients on a range of complex technology matters. He has a particular focus on the areas of software, cloud computing, fintech and data protection. 

Mark has developed deep subject matter knowledge and expertise in these areas and often works at the cutting-edge of law and technology when assisting clients in establishing innovative digital products and services. Mark is also an experienced contracts negotiator on behalf of users and suppliers entering into technology projects and outsourcing arrangements. 

Mark is recognised as a thought leader in the Irish technology law sector. He has recently authored a number of articles for leading technology publications and presented at international industry conferences. He also regularly coaches organisations on how to negotiate and win better positions in their IT and software contracts. 

As one of the key members of the firm’s foreign direct investment (FDI) practice, Mark specialises in helping fast growing international companies establish operations in Ireland and provides ongoing legal advice as their business develops.
