Paul is a Consulting Partner in our Construction team practising in both contentious and non-contentious construction law and energy law.
Paul advises clients at every stage of dispute resolution with a particular focus on litigation relating to EU economic sanctions, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Paul also advises on the drafting and negotiation of standard form construction contracts as well as bespoke contracts for construction projects and engineering operations, along with associated documentation such as consultants' appointments, collateral warranties, sub-contracts and bonds.
Paul has advised government departments, public companies and some of the largest energy companies and banks in the Persian Gulf on a number of disputes. Paul is a New York State-qualified lawyer and has previously worked in a Madrid law firm advising clients on construction and energy disputes.
