About Jane
Jane is a senior associate in our Intellectual Property team.
She is an experienced contentious and non-contentious intellectual property lawyer. She has acted for clients in large cross-jurisdictional patent court cases and disputes regarding passing off and copyright infringement. Jane also assisted a client to obtain one of the first website blocking injunctions in the State.
Jane regularly advises clients on trade mark related matters, including registering marks in Ireland and Europe. She is a qualified Irish and European trade mark agent.
