Gareth is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team, practising in corporate and personal insolvency law and related litigation. Gareth’s experience includes acting for secured and unsecured creditors of companies and individuals in financial distress as well as formal insolvency office holders.
Gareth advises companies and their officers on solvency issues and acts for a variety of stakeholders in formal insolvency processes including receiverships, examinerships, bankruptcy and voluntary and compulsory liquidations.
Gareth has significant experience of complex insolvency related litigation, acting for insolvency office holders as well as secured and unsecured creditors. He also regularly acts in high value Commercial Court disputes.
Gareth also has an interest in real estate related litigation and has acted in numerous high value disputes of this nature in the Commercial Court
