Frank is a partner in our Corporate team. His corporate practice focuses on advising Irish and international businesses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and fundraisings.
Frank is also a significantly experienced energy and projects lawyer and has advised on the development, financing and operation of energy and infrastructure projects and associated contractual arrangements in Ireland and internationally for over twenty years.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, Frank served as a partner of another Irish corporate practice and as an energy and project finance lawyer with leading UK and US firms.
Frank is a member of the board of the National Oil Reserves Agency.

Acted for SSE Renewables on its acquisition of Green Wind Energy, developer of a c.100 MW onshore wind farm project.
Acted for the buyer on the acquisition of an Irish REIT and associated private equity financing.
Acted for ExcelRedstone on the acquisition of Kedington, The IT Infrastructure Company.
Acted for Element Power Ireland Limited on the acquisition of the Kilathmoy Wind Farm.
Acted for DiaSorin S.p.A. on the sale of its Irish molecular extraction business to Hain Lifescience GmbH.
