  • Lead counsel to a multilateral development bank on its entry into: (i) a €450 million Irish law InvestEU guarantee with the European Union; (ii) a €100 million Irish law EFSD guarantee with the European Union; and (iii) a €35 million and €115 million Irish law EFSD+ guarantees with the European Union.
  • Lead counsel to MM Capital Limited / Elgin Property Finance Limited in relation to the establishment of a direct lending platform in Ireland, including specific advices relating to the EU Securitisation Regulation.
