David is a Partner on our Dispute Resolution team. David practices in corporate and personal insolvency law and corporate recovery related litigation. His experience includes acting for secured creditors, usually financial institutions, and unsecured creditors of companies in financial distress.
David also advises companies and their officers in relation to solvency issues and has acted for a variety of stakeholders in formal insolvency processes including examinerships, compulsory and voluntary liquidations, receiverships and bankruptcy.
David has experience of insolvency-related litigation, acting for both insolvency office-holders and secured and unsecured creditors in disputes including those involving high value recoveries and disputes about the priority of claims.
David also regularly acts for lenders in bringing Commercial Court proceedings against defaulting borrowers.
