David is a partner in our Corporate team and head of our New York office, practising in the areas of company law and securities law.
David is also a member of our Capital Markets team and advises listed and unlisted corporate clients on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, share buybacks, reorganisations, cross-border mergers and financing.
David closely advises a number of listed clients on corporate governance and securities regulation matters, such as compliance with listing rules and relevant codes.
David lectures regularly on topics in company law and securities law, including the Companies Act 2014, to a wide variety of audiences.
David has contributed articles on commercial law topics to Commercial Law Practitioner, the Irish Tax Review, the Law Society Gazette, Irish Law Times and Company Lawyer.
David is a contributor to the Companies Acts 1963-2012 (Lyndon MacCann and Thomas B. Courtney eds., Bloomsbury Professional).
