About Chelsey
Chelsey is a Senior Associate on our Energy and Construction teams and advises on the development, construction, financing and M&A of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Chelsey specialises in advising on the acquisition and disposal of renewable energy projects including solar, wind (offshore and onshore), battery storage and green hydrogen, having advised on some of the most prominent energy transactions in Ireland in recent years.
Chelsey also has significant experience in advising on the development and M&A of telecommunications, transport and social infrastructure projects, having advised on a number of public private partnerships, concessions and similar structures.
Additionally, Chelsey has worked on a number of M&A adjacent matters for clients in the energy and built environment sectors, including advising on joint ventures, complex shareholder arrangements and general corporate governance.
