Barry Walsh


Barry is a Partner in our Financial Services team where he advises institutional and private clients on a wide range of domestic and cross border finance transactions including asset financing, secured and unsecured lending, property finance and project finance.

Barry has also gained experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional finance transactions and regularly advises foreign corporates and lenders on Irish banking and financial services law.

Representative Matters

  • Advising lenders on several JOLCO structured aircraft financings.

  • Advised a lessor on the Irish aspects of its $1bn revolving and swing line facilities.

  • Acted for the lenders to the Big Bus Tours group in its acquisition of Irish City Tours.
