Barry is a Partner in our Financial Services team where he advises institutional and private clients on a wide range of domestic and cross border finance transactions including asset financing, secured and unsecured lending, property finance and project finance.
Barry has also gained experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional finance transactions and regularly advises foreign corporates and lenders on Irish banking and financial services law.

Acted for AIB, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Royal Bank of Canada and Santander in their €350m revolving credit facility to Greencoat Renewables.
Acted for National Australia Bank in its financing of a portfolio of 8 operational wind farms.
Advised Renegade’s Waterford Distillery in raising finance from Ulster Bank Ireland and the Business Growth Fund.
Acting for an investor in the development financing of two large scale student accommodation premises in Dublin.
Advised Bank of Ireland in financing and re-financing the acquisition of a landmark multi-unit residential developments by a US sponsored ICAV with a number of sub-funds.
Advised a lender on the provision of development financing for the construction of four primary care centres.
