About Aaron

Aaron is a Senior Associate on our Commercial Disputes team. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, investigations, trade sanctions and export controls.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was EU counsel for Dell Technologies, where he advised the company on trade compliance, sanctions, export control and competition law. He also previously practiced in law firms in Ireland and the U.S.

With his previous international and in-house experience, he brings a unique and commercially focused perspective to problem solving for the benefit of his clients.

Advised Dell Technologies on sanctions, trade compliance, export control, and tariffs in relation to its global business. Represented the company in response to queries or requests for information from regulators.
Acted for U.S. tech company in commercial arbitration dispute concerning contractual interpretations and a potential award of up to approximately $40 million.
Acted for an Irish subsidiary of an international agricultural conglomerate in Commercial Court dispute.
Advised various organisations, including investment firms, international financial services organisation, and technology companies in relation to sanctions.
