We are delighted to announce that we are hosting an in-depth training session for Company Directors on Wednesday 17 October in our offices.

The workshop will be facilitated by lawyers from our internationally recognised Corporate Governance and Compliance Team and will cover the main statutory duties of directors under the Companies Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. We will also review best practice by directors when fulfilling their board duties. Our speakers will look at how the law applies to Directors as well as covering in detail some of the practical aspects of the role of a Director.

€250 per attendee, which includes workshop materials, lunch, and refreshments.
