Early career and development
Development is essential at every level, and we provide newly qualified lawyers and associates with the tools and opportunities they need to progress. From our ‘NQ Bootcamp’ to the wide range of structured learning opportunities available, this is complemented by practical experience working alongside partners they can learn from. Supported by our Learning and Development team, we place a strong emphasis on continuous learning, alongside bespoke learning solutions to support your development.
We have also introduced our inaugural Future Law Insight Programme, which is open for second year undergraduate students, whether in law or another field.
Our internship programme takes place in June and July each year and is our primary means of recruitment for a traineeship.
