Oisín is a Partner affiliated with the firm’s technology, media and communications and commercial contract practices.
A former tutor and guest lecturer in the Law School of Trinity College Dublin, Oisín is the author of over a dozen articles on privacy, IP and internet law. His work has appeared in publications ranging from law reviews to the Irish Times.
Since leaving academia to join the firm, Oisín has developed an extensive technology law practice, with a focus on advising and defending leading web technology.
He has particular experience in formulating and implementing global privacy and data transfer strategies, advising on the development and rollout of innovative technologies and defending businesses under investigation by the Irish Data Protection Commissioner. Oisín also has extensive experience in drafting consumer facing agreements.
