Acting for Finglas Regen Limited on its acquisition of two sites in the greater Finglas Development Plan area, formerly comprising factory and warehouse facilities and ancillary lands. Vanessa advised the client on all aspects of the acquisition and funding thereof which included complex issues pertaining to the rezoning of the site. Vanessa also advised the client on the plans to develop the sites as strategic residential developments comprising in excess of 500 residential units to include Put and Call Options, forward fund structures and joint ventures with neighbouring landowners.

Advised SSE on the acquisition of 8 Bord Na Móna (BNM) sites across the country for the planned development of 8 wind renewable projects. The Project is known as Project 30 and is a joint venture between SSE and BNM seeing the creation of eight special purpose vehicles (SPVs), each tasked with the development of a standalone project on eight separate peat boglands comprising 1000s of acres of land.
