We are very pleased to have acted for SSE Renewables on its 50/50 joint venture with Bord na Móna, known as Project 30. The JV was structured by way of SSE’s acquisition of a 50% interest in eight SPVs, which were established for the purpose of owning and developing eight onshore wind projects. The wind farms will comprise approximately 600-900MW of gross capacity throughout Ireland.

Project 30 is the largest onshore JV for SSE in the Irish market in recent years.
