• Advised Eiffel on €323 million financing for Power Capital Renewable Energy.

• Acted for Nordic Solar, a Danish renewable energy developer, on its landmark agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Coolcarrigan Solar Limited.

• Acted for Statkraft Ireland on the forward sale of Irishtown Solar Farm Limited to Ballymacarney Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Octopus Renewables.

• Advised HitecVision and Reinova Partners on the launch of Lirion Power, a new Irish renewable energy platform, and its acquisition of six operational onshore wind assets from Greencoat Renewables plc.

• Advised Commerz Real on its landmark acquisition of Moanvane Wind Farm Limited.

• Advising Greener Ideas Limited, a joint venture between Bord Gáis Energy Limited and Mountside Partners Limited on the construction and connection to the transmission system of two circa 100MW dual fuel generation power stations (total combined capacity of 200MW) via a joint development structure.

• Acted for SSE on temporary emergency generation tranche 2 (TEG 2), which targeted the urgent provision of circa 450MW of temporary emergency generation services during Winter 2023.

• Acting for CommerzReal on the acquisition of the operational 60MW Moanvane Wind Farm from Statkraft, its first acquisition in the Irish renewable energy market.

• Advising SSE on grid connection, consenting, development and procurement of Phase II of the Arklow Bank Wind Farm with a projected capacity of 800MW.

• Advising Highfield Solar on securing project financing for two new solar PV projects in Ireland, with a combined capacity of 132 MWp.

• Acting for Irish solar developer Circal on its 15 million euro investment from Octopus Energy Generation.

• Acted for Irish solar developer BNRG and asset manager Impax in achieving financial close on the development of three solar farms, with a combined peak capacity of 43MW

• Advised Statkraft Ireland on the sale of Ireland’s largest solar park to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust (ORIT).

• Advising Amarenco on the development and financing of a portfolio of 8 solar parks in Ireland.
