Advising Evergreen on the Construction of a New Biomethane Facility

We are pleased to have advised Evergreen Agricultural Enterprises on the contracting aspects of its large-scale renewable biogas production facility, which has commenced construction.

Located at Lackaghmore near Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, the facility is being developed to process up to 165,000 tonnes of feedstock annually. It will connect directly to existing Gas Networks Ireland infrastructure. The project is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Ireland and encompasses approximately 19,000 square metres of built area including multiple digestor units.

Our team, led by partner and Energy Sector lead, Eoin Cassidy, advised Evergreen on all major contracting work and was supported by Associate Henry Morley-Hall

This marks a significant milestone for Evergreen in its mission to contribute to the circular economy, renewable energy generation and sustainable waste management.
