We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Metcalfe as a partner in our Corporate Governance & Compliance team.

Nick is a company law expert and his practice focuses on the implementation of complex group reorganisation projects. Using his deep technical expertise and experience, Nick regularly assists organisations in identifying issues which may arise during projects of this nature and by offering pragmatic solutions at an early stage.

He has acted as lead counsel on the implementation of a corporate reorganisation of a global pharmaceutical multinational, has advised on a large number of mergers and recently led the intergroup transfer of the internal financing function of a worldwide chemicals company into Ireland.

Nick was previously a senior associate with Mason Hayes & Curran. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with a number of business law firms in England.
