Advising Kestrel Capital on IK Partners Investment

We were pleased to advise Kestrel Capital on an investment by IK Partners, a leading European private equity firm.

Founded in 2015 by John Crowe, Danny McGinley and Kenny Hope, Kestrel Capital is a Dublin-based MiFID-regulated investment management and financial planning firm offering bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, companies, and not-for-profit clients. The firm has established itself as one of Ireland’s leading independent discretionary portfolio managers over the last decade, now boasting assets under management of over €1 billion and a loyal, growing client base.

The founders will continue to develop and manage the business alongside IK Partners, with this transaction marking the firm's first platform investment in Ireland. They have ambitious plans to further grow the firm’s client base and broaden the range of services offered.
