On Wednesday 23 September we hosted a webinar in association with Trinity Business Alumni, After the Lockdown: A legal Roadmap.

As businesses across all sectors of the economy look towards re-opening or returning employees to the workplace, our speakers addressed two of the key areas of focus during these challenging times.

The economy is gradually re-opening and the criteria for Government supports will inevitably tighten.

We examined the various strategies and legal options open to businesses when looking at their viability or possible restructuring. We also discussed the key risks and solvency issues that businesses will need to take into account while trading in the current environment, particularly at a time when cash-flow management and decision-making is critical.

We discussed how businesses can facilitate a safe return to work for staff including a return to the workplace and continuing remote working arrangements.
