Judith Riordan is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team, practicing in corporate and personal insolvency law and related litigation.
Judith’s practice focuses on acting for secured creditors, usually financial institutions, and unsecured creditors of companies in financial distress. She routinely represents insolvency office-holders appointed to such companies in distressed situations.
Judith also advises companies and their officers in relation to solvency issues and acts regularly for a variety of stakeholders in formal insolvency processes including examinerships, compulsory and voluntary liquidations, receiverships and bankruptcy.
Judith has wide experience of insolvency related litigation, acting for both insolvency office-holders and secured and unsecured creditors in disputes including those involving high value recoveries and priority of claims.
Judith is admitted as an attorney in New York, as well as a solicitor in Ireland. Judith is also a council member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.
