We will host our Financial Services Spring Briefing on Tuesday 25 February at 7.30am in our offices on Barrow Street, Dublin 4. Our keynote speaker, Seamus Coffey, Outgoing Chair of the Fiscal Advisory Council, will give his views on the economic outlook for 2020.

During this session our speakers will:

• Give insights on the state of the economy and its likely performance in 2020, and consider the potential factors that may impact on that performance; and

• Review case law from 2019 concerning originators, buyers and sellers of loans and also legal trends and developments relating to financing of leveraged corporate acquisitions in the M&A market.
