Frank Flanagan


Frank is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team.

Frank advises a wide range of clients in relation to commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, and communications regulation.

Prior to joining our team, Frank had a 20-year career in the communications and computer hardware industries, culminating as Chief Technical Officer of a technology start-up where he was deeply involved in raising significant venture capital funding and in technology licensing/transfer to a Fortune 100 company.

  • Acted for a state body a judicial review application brought by a borrower.
  • Acted for a number of financial institutions in relation to the defence of a wide range of proceedings issued by borrowers.
  • Acted for the Irish subsidiaries of CHC Group in relation to a successful Chapter 11 restructuring.
