Prior to joining our team, Frank had a 20-year career in the communications and computer hardware industries, culminating as Chief Technical Officer of a technology start-up where he was deeply involved in raising significant venture capital funding and in technology licensing/transfer to a Fortune 100 company.
Bespoke advice to a financial institution in relation to new processes and procedures required in response to:
the Mortgage Credit Directive;
the Central Bank of Ireland’s Mortgage Arrears Resolution Targets; and
amendments to personal bankruptcy legislation.
Acting for a French fashion house in respect of design right infringement matters.
Advising an international furniture company on design registration and enforcement strategies in Ireland and the EU.
