Commercial Contracts & Sourcing

Our Commercial Contracts team advises on the drafting and negotiation of every type of contract, from standard terms of sale to complex ICT and outsourcing arrangements.

We have one of the largest dedicated commercial contracts teams in Ireland and utilise a business-focused approach for our clients.

Our legal knowledge and pragmatic drafting is based on a fundamental understanding of the underlying industry and sector. We know what issues are important and how best to deal with them, resulting in more focused contracts, efficient negotiations, and ultimately a better deal for our client. We advise a wide range of public and private clients, applying our strategic and business knowledge to support our clients’ interests.

Our Commercial Contracts team includes lawyers with previous industry experience across a range of sectors including technology, retail, food and beverage, financial services and education, so whatever type of contract is involved, we have the right mix of experience at the right level to suit our clients' needs.
