Robert is a Tax partner in our Taxation Team. He advises a wide range of clients in banking, funds, leasing, pharmaceutical and technology.

Robert has significant experience in advising clients on cross border financings and structuring, inbound investment into Ireland, international corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and IP and corporate migrations.

Robert regularly advises on the use of Irish regulated funds and Irish special purpose securitisation companies for structuring international business in and through Ireland.

Representative Matters

  • Acting for Mitsubishi UFJ in its acquisition of UBS’s fund administration business.
  • Acting for Activision Blizzard, Inc. on its US$5.9bn recommended offer by way of scheme of arrangement for King Digital Entertainment plc.
  • Advised Markit on its acquisition of Information Mosaic.
