About Susan
Susan is Of Counsel in our Tax team and advises clients across a number of sectors on all aspects of tax. With over 30 years’ experience in tax including in a Big 4 accounting firm and an in-house head of tax role, she brings a unique blend of technical tax expertise and commercial insight to her clients.
She regularly provides advice to domestic and international corporate clients on transactions as well as on cross-border tax structuring, group reorganisations and establishing operations in Ireland. She also has extensive experience in all tax matters associated with real estate and employment including the design and implementation of executive share incentive arrangements. Susan also has experience in advising on disputes between taxpayers and tax authorities.
She has a strong interest in Irish and international tax policy matters, and her expertise in this area delivers valuable insights for her clients.
