Lisa Joyce is a Partner in the Public, Regulatory and Investigations Unit of our Litigation department. Lisa provides practical and informed advice to public bodies and people dealing with such bodies, regulators and regulated persons, and anyone undertaking, or subject to, statutory or non-statutory investigation.
This includes advising on what public bodies can properly do, fair procedures, statutory interpretation, regulatory compliance, investigation and enforcement, and advising on all types of public law litigation, principally judicial review proceedings and statutory appeals and applications.
Lisa also has a particular focus on Information Law, advising extensively on all aspects of access to, and disclosure of, information, including freedom of information, access to environmental information, data protection, discovery and privilege
