On Thursday 9 June we hosted a webinar on Financial Regulation: Taming Tigers? Governance, Culture and Conduct Risk in the Financial Sector.

Our panel of experts discussed the challenges facing boards and senior managers of regulated financial institutions as they seek to promote good governance, consumer-focused cultures, and high standards of conduct in their businesses. Even though promoting good culture is central to today’s regulatory expectations, the concept is not easy to understand and apply.
