In our October 2022 webinar, we looked at the scope for personal exposure and director/manager liability within Irish regulated financial firms and how to prepare for Ireland’s senior executive accountability regime (SEAR).
Over one year later, we took stock of where things are at and whether the regime as it stands is fit for purpose or whether firms need more time for implementation. We also looked at what Central Bank of Ireland enforcement actions will look like under the new regime.
