CPSMA were delighted to host a webinar in association with Mason Hayes & Curran LLP's Education Team and The Communications Clinic on Wednesday 5 May from 3pm - 3.45pm looking at Crisis Management for Primary Schools.

Primary Schools are a microcosm of society. A sudden unexpected event has afflicted the community; there has been a serious data breach in the school; recordings are circulating of an incident; school decisions are being challenged on social media; and the media are waiting for a statement!

School leaders are often called upon, at short notice, to provide the school’s response to a crisis. Fergal Kelly of CPSMA was accompanied by Edel Kennedy and David Ruddy of the MHC Education Team along with Eoghan Tomás McDermott of the Communications Clinic to discuss strategies for schools to respond to such challenges.
