We will host our webinar ‘Commercial Contracts: What’s Market 2026?’ on Thursday 4 June from 11:00am-12:15pm, via Zoom.

Building on the success of previous sessions on contract negotiation, market practice and what would be considered off-market, we are pleased to launch our 2026 survey of in-house counsel. The survey findings will be shared at the webinar.

In this session, our speakers will give insights on crucial contract clauses. Topics will include liability caps, indemnities, cybersecurity and the use of AI. We will draw on data from our own extensive database of client agreements and share results of our in-house counsel survey on these issues. Additionally, we'll delve into the existing legal landscape surrounding these typical contracting matters and provide valuable insights to aid in negotiating commercial agreements.
