Shane Reynolds


Shane is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team specialising in the areas of criminal law, administrative law and investigations. He advises a number of state agencies in the area of regulatory prosecutions and has developed standard criminal prosecution procedures and policies.

He presents training seminars in the area of regulatory investigations and presentation of evidence in court.

Shane is an experienced litigator and has widespread experience at District, Circuit and Superior Court level.

Representative Matters

  • Advised a large financial institution on potential criminal liability exposure of both the company and of individual directors relating to the provision of tracker mortgages to customers.
  • Advised and successfully defended multinational in criminal prosecution which resulted in no conviction being recorded.
  • Advised and acted in regulatory criminal prosecutions in the energy sector, environmental law, food hygiene and sea fisheries.
