We were delighted to be joined by Shelley Horan, who spoke about recent updates in the area of regulatory prosecutions and investigations. Shelley is a practicing barrister in this field and is author of the leading legal textbook Corporate Crime.

The webinar provided practical guidance to authorised officers in dealing with criminal investigations and to companies who may be subject to criminal law enforcement.
