He works with a wide range of domestic and international clients on commercial contracts, ecommerce and consumer protection law, technology law, and data protection.
Denis has particular expertise in advising on e-commerce and consumer protection law matters, with experience in both advisory matters and regulatory engagements. He also brings strong experience to commercial contracts, guiding clients through drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements.
Having spent time with a leading technology law boutique firm in London, Denis is a dual-qualified solicitor in both Ireland and England and Wales.
