Over the last number of years we have seen a significant increase in laws, regulations and transactions in the sector. To ensure that we can fully support the diverse needs of our clients we are pleased to announce the promotion of two new partners in our Technology team, Anne Harkin, Corporate and Gearóid Carey, Dispute Resolution.

Anne advises both Irish and international businesses on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the technology sector. She also specialises in Capital Markets and public company transactions and governance.

Gearóid specialises in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex technology disputes. He has particular expertise managing multi-party matters involving expedited case management in the Commercial Court.
