It comprises a short segment on practical and technical aspects of remote hearings and a mock call over demonstrating many of the mistakes that we have seen in practice. The video was originally prepared as part of a broader seminar on remote hearings.

While the focus is on practitioners, it should also be of assistance to witnesses faced with attending a remote hearing.
