To further enhance our market leading services to international clients on matters of Irish and EU law, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Jevan Neilan as the new Head of our San Francisco office. Jevan has over 10 years’ of legal experience in Mason Hayes & Curran and specialises in technology, privacy and data security law.

Commenting on the appointment, Head of Technology, Philip Nolan said: “Jevan frequently acts as counsel for many of the West Coast’s best-known internet services companies, so this was a natural move for him. Through Jevan’s stewardship of our San Francisco based team, the firm will continue to provide additional support to our clients in the US, particularly those looking to expand into Ireland and Europe.”

Jevan Neilan added “I was seconded to our office in San Francisco shortly after it opened in 2017, so it is a huge honour to return and have the opportunity to further develop our presence on the West Coast. I will continue my work with the world’s leading tech companies to find solutions to complex and challenging privacy and other EU regulatory problems.”

Jevan trained at Mason Hayes & Curran and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin.
