We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tara Kelly as Head of our Competition & Antitrust team. Tara is an experienced partner and will lead a specialised team advising clients on their obligations under Irish and EU competition law.

Tara’s personal practice focuses on merger control and regulatory investigations. Tara also has a particular, and rare, expertise in advising on the application of competition law to businesses which have the use of data at their core. Tara’s practice usually involves cross border work and she has significant experience in this area from her time working in London and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Tara practised with a top US law firm in both New York and London.
