Reflecting strong growth and significant demand in the Built Environment sector, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Rooney to partner.

Robert specialises in construction issues and has significant expertise in infrastructure and life science contracts. He represents clients in the commercial court, and is adept at using arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, keeping the focus on successful project delivery.

Robert has worked with the Irish Public Works Contracts since its inception, advising on some of the most significant contracts of this type in Ireland.

Commenting on his appointment, Jamie Fitzmaurice, Head of the Built Environment sector team, said: “Robert has a deep understanding of the sector and extensive expertise across a wide range of complex construction and engineering projects.
