We are delighted to announce that Mason Hayes & Curan LLP is the first Irish firm to be authorised to act as a Listing Agent for the listing of professional bonds on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

Anthony Byrne, Head of Bond Markets at TISE and who is based in Dublin, said: “I am delighted to welcome Mason Hayes & Curran LLP as the first Dublin-based Listing Agent for TISE. The firm is well known for providing legal advice and exchange services within the European debt capital markets and structured finance space. It is wonderful that they have recognised the advantages of being the first Irish firm to facilitate listings on TISE. This is both an acknowledgement of the growing stature of TISE as a European professional bond market and a reflection of the prospective growth in client demand for TISE listings as we continue to refine our offering in order to service a more diverse range of bond products.”

Daragh O’Shea, Partner and Head of the Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Derivatives team at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, said: “We are proud and delighted to be the first Irish law firm approved as a Member of TISE. Our team is experienced in assisting our international client base with listing bond issuances on a select number of European venues. We are very pleased to now be able to do so directly on TISE as well. The TISE proposition has a number of important differentiators from the other exchanges we work with. We are sure it will be a very attractive listing venue for our clients. We look forward to bringing our first listing to the market.”

Headquartered in Guernsey and with staff operating across the international finance centres of Dublin, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Jersey and London, TISE offers a convenient and cost-effective service for listing a wide range of products, including trading companies, investment vehicles and debt securities. There are more than 3,000 listed securities with a total market value of more than £400 billion.
