We are delighted to announce that our market-leading, multi award-winning Intellectual Property team received top honours at the Managing IP Awards 2023 EMEA in London. The team was again conferred with the title of 'Ireland Copyright Firm of the Year' in addition to taking home the 'Ireland TM Prosecution Firm of the Year' award.

Gerard Kelly, Partner and Head of Intellectual Property was named 'Ireland Practitioner of the Year' at the ceremony.

Accepting the awards, Gerard Kelly commented, “We continue to be recognised for our extensive IP work and the important and high-profile matters on which we are instructed in the Irish market. It also highlights the diverse range of work that we do for our clients on both a contentious and non-contentious level.

This year, I am delighted to announce that we have won the Trademark Prosecution award for Ireland having being named 'Ireland Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year' last year. This really is a testament to the strength of all areas of our trade mark practice. Our retention of the Copyright & Design award for Ireland is equally indicative of the team’s strengths in those areas. On a personal level, I am also delighted to have received the 'Ireland IP Practitioner of the Year' award.
