Bringing together those who work in the Regulatory & Enforcement environment, this year’s conference will focus on successful “Regulatory Investigations & Prosecutions”
Taking place in the Clontarf Castle Hotel this year’s event will provide an important opportunity to examine current issues in the investigation and prosecution of regulatory offences and will include investigations under the civil process and look at the area of professional regulation.
Speakers will highlight matters which have come to the attention of the courts, concerns of lawyers and challenges faced by those who regulate or who are themselves regulated.
