David Gunn and Chelsey O'Doherty of our Infrastructure & Project Finance team have co-authored an article in the winter edition of Eolas Magazine.
Entitled, 'Full steam ahead for rail transport in Ireland?' their article analyses the recommendations set out in the draft report of the All-Island Strategic Rail Review. The Report was jointly-commissioned by the Department of Transport in the Republic of Ireland and the Department for Infrastructure in Northern Ireland.
